Moringa Energy Bites
SERVES: 10 (2 bites each)
PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp moringa powder
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup agave nectar
½ cup ground flax seed (Golden Flax from Bob’s Red Mill if possible)
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 ½ cups Rice Krispies
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, honey, agave nectar and moringa powder.
- Stir in ground flax seed, oats and Rice Crispies and mix until evenly coated.
- Shape dough into bitesized balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for 30 minutes before serving.
