Moringa Berry Smoothie

SERVES: 4

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

 

½ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup cut steel cut oats

2 cups coconut milk

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp moringa powder

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until mixture reaches desired texture.
  3. Enjoy!
